The abilities of the peptides in blocking sodium currents were measured as described in Fig. 3. The graph depicts the percentages of sodium currents in oocytes expressing NaV1.2 (white bars) and NaV1.4 (black bars) blocked by 1 μM of the indicated peptide (mean ± s.e., N ≥ 3 oocytes for each peptide).
