P values in the TJC CAC measures section compare the postimplementation and preimplementation periods without covariate adjustment. In the secondary outcomes measures section, the P values were computed using quantile regression to compare median levels between the postimplementation and preimplementation periods after adjustment for age, gender, race, and insurance type. The revised implementation and postimplementation periods were used for all sections.
