Effect of TLR agonists on large established B16-F10 tumors. 10⁵ B16-F10 melanoma cancer cells were implanted into the flank of syngeneic C57Bl/6 mice. When the tumors reached ≈ 500 mm³ in volume they were injected with 200 μg of CpG or control ODN and/or 100 μg of 3M-052 or 3M control twice weekly for one month. The change in tumor volume of 8 mice/group is shown (mean + SE).
