Overexpression of Cideb enhanced lipid secretion and reduced lipid accumulation in Caco-2 cells. Caco-2 cells were infected with adenovirus to overexpress Cideb (Ad-Cideb) or GFP (Ad-GFP). The protein (A) and mRNA (B) levels of ApoB and MTP increased in Caco-2 cells overexpressing Cideb.
