(A) HepG2 stable cell lines expressing myc-STBD1 were either cultured in regular media (FBS) or serum free media containing high (25 mM) or low (5 mM) glucose levels. Lysates were analysed for GS–STBD1 association by Western blotting. (B) HepG2 stable cell line expressing various FLAG-tagged STBD1 proteins were left untreated or subjected to glucose deprivation for 2 h. Lysates were analysed for GS–STBD1 association by Western blotting.
