Total polar glycerolipids are expressed as normalized mass spectral signal/mg dry mass. P < 0.05 is represented by * and P <0.01 by **. The value for Bradyrhizobium inoculated seedlings is higher (represented as H) and lower (represented as L) than the value for non-inoculated seedlings.
