Bland-Altman analysis showed poor agreement between LGE images and T1 maps for measuring infarct size (A) and transmurality (B) during the chronic phase at 1.5T. T1 maps greatly underestimated infarct size and transmurality compared to LGE images. Moderate correlations were observed between LGE images and T1 maps for measuring infarct size (R2=0.44; C) and transmurality (R2=0.51; D). ROC analysis showed that area under the curve was 0.79 (E).
