Cells were incubated with different concentrations of dicarbonyls and with Il-1β (10 ng/mL) as positive control treatment for 10 minutes. IκBα phosphorylation was detected by Western blotting. Experiment has been performed three times with duplicates for each treatment, one representative blot is shown.
