Figure 8.MIR142-3p increases cell death induced by starvation. HCT116 cells were seeded in 96-well plates. After transfection with the MIR142-3p mimic or MIRNC (50 nM), cells were incubated in normal complete medium or in EBSS for starvation induction for 24 h.
