Characterization of inverted and reverted clones. (A) F8 gene expression in cells derived from inverted and reverted clones. RT-PCR was used to detect expression of F8 and endoderm marker genes (FOXA2 and Sox17) in cells derived from wild-type iPSCs (WT), inversion clones (Inv 1 and 2), and reverted clones (Rev 1, 2, and 3). GAPDH served as a loading control. (B) Expression of the F8 protein in endothelial cells differentiated from inverted and reverted clones.
