Conventional coronary angiogram (A) shows severe stenosis of the left anterior descending artery (LAD) (arrow) extending into diagonal ostium and ectatic proximal part. There is also a significant stenosis in the mid-part of the right coronary artery (arrowhead) with anomalous origin from LAD. These findings are also evident in 3D volume rendering (B).
