Anti-TPO, antithyroglobulin antibodies
TSH and other tests if needed to assess thyroid function or diagnosis (e.g. anti-TSHR antibodies if Grave's disease)
Additional autoantibodies (only if patient's history, family history, and/or laboratory parameters point toa strong risk of additional autoimmune disease), endocrinologist/immunologist advice if multiple autoimmune syndrome detected
Punch biopsy from lesional and non-lesional skin
Other tests if needed (mycology,molecular biology to detect lymphoma cells, etc.)
