The effects of anti-CKLF1 antibody on expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1. Anti-CKLF1 antibody (0.1, 0.5 or 1 μg) was injected into the right cerebral ventricle immediately after reperfusion. ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression were measured. Treatment with anti-CKLF1 antibody decreased the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in ischemic brain tissue.
