B6 mice were vaccinated with 0.3 μg of TIV alone or TIV combined with 20 μg rOv-ASP-1 or 1.2 mg alum. Titers of influenza-specific antibodies (IgG, IgG1, and IgG2c) in plasma at week 2 after immunization were determined by ELISA using TIV as antigen.
