rOv-ASP-1 enhances the influenza cross-reactive antibody response after boosting with influenza vaccine. B6 mice were vaccinated with 0.3 μg of TIV alone or TIV + rOv-ASP-1, and 3 weeks later were boosted with the same reagents in each group. PR8-specific total IgG in plasma was determined by ELISA using plates coated with inactivated PR8 virus ((A) and (B), week 3 after boosted) or with purified HA of PR8 ((C) and (D), week 2 after primed or week 3 after boosted). The experiments were repeated 3 times (3–4 mice/group each time) with similar results. ^*p < 0.05.
