Control or membrane-Csk^AS T cells were serum-starved, then lysed directly or following stimulation. Control cells were stimulated with anti-TCR (left) and membrane-Csk^AS cells were treated with 3-IB-PP1 (right) for the times indicated. (A) Total tyrosine phosphorylation, and (B) phosphorylation of Lck, ZAP-70, LAT and ERK were assessed by immunoblotting. Data are representative of at least three independent experiments.
