Effect of KCa channel blockers on PDBu-induced contractions of uterine arteries from normoxic pregnant sheep. PDBu-induced contractions were determined in uterine arteries obtained from normoxic pregnant sheep in the absence (control) or presence of 100 nM IBTX or 500 nM apamin pretreatment for 20 min.
