CD40 downregulation correlates with MDSC accumulation during tumor progression. (A) Primary tumor growth was evaluated by tumor size (tumor length and width) every two to three days. The results of three independent experiments are shown. (B) CD40 expression on tumor-infiltrating MDSCs was observed with tumor progression. Representative examples are shown from three independent experiments. The correlation between MDSC accumulation and tumor progression or CD40 expression was assessed using Pearson’s correlation analysis. (C) Similar results were obtained from splenocytes.
