After infection and treatment, three mice were sacrificed at 7 and 9(± SD) were determined by three independent results. Exact viral titers were presented in Table 4. One-way ANOVA test was applied to analyze the statistical significance of differences in viral replication based on the used combination therapy, and Tukey’s multiple comparison test was performed (*, P<0.05, **, P<0.01, and ***, P<0.001 compared with placebo).
