B-C) When pAMPK is induced either by overexpression of catalytic subunit of AMPK in differentiated PC12 cells or by a pharmacological reagent, IPMK levels are decreased. D) Differentiated PC12 cells overexpressed with either myc or IPMK-myc were treated with 100nM insulin for various time points.
