Each time point represents the mean of three to four biological replicates and their corresponding s.e.m. Significant differences were determined between the two species for each time point within one treatment (p-value above the bars) and within one species compared to their corresponding control (asterisks below the bars) using a Student t-test of arcsine-square root transformed data.
