(A–B), Human MeWo (A) and Sk-mel-28 (B) cells were treated with the indicated doses of melatonin (MT) for 48 hours, and the cell viability was examined by MTT assay. (C–D), MeWo (C) and Sk-mel-28 (D) cells were treated with the indicated doses of fisetin (F) alone or combined with MT (1 mM) for 48 hours, and the cell viability was examined by MTT assay. (E), The IC50 values of fisetin (F) for cell viability inhibition in cells treated with or without melatonin (MT) were determined. The data is presented as mean ± SD of three separate experiments. *, P<0.05, a significant difference compared to the control group.
