Phylogenetic relationship of 11 species from the Oncidiinae with photosynthetic pathways ranging from strong CAM (red shading) to weak CAM (yellow shading), and C3 photosynthesis (green shading). The phylogeny was reconstructed using sequences of nrITS-1 and -2, plastid DNA ycf1, matk, and the trnHpsbA intergeneric spacer. Eulophia graminea was used as the outgroup. Values on the branches represent bootstrap support (%). Accession numbers next to each species correspond to the voucher specimens deposited at the University of Florida Herbarium (FLAS).
