The effect of ARRY-334543 on blockade of the expression level of ABCG2, AKT and ERK1/2 phosphorylation and the subcellular localization of ABCG2.

A. Effect of ARRY-334543 at 1.0 μM on the expression level of ABCG2, AKT and ERK1/2 phosphorylation in NCI-H460/MX20 cell line.

B. Effect of ARRY-334543 treatment on the subcellular localization of ABCG2 in NCI-H460/MX20 cell. NCI-H460/MX20 cells were treated with 1.0 μM of ARRY-334543 for 72 h. ABCG2 staining is shown in green. DAPI (blue) counterstains the nuclei.

C. The protein levels of ERK1/2, AKT, pERK1/2 and pAKT were normalized to those of GAPDH.

D. The protein levels of ABCG2 were normalized to those of GAPDH.
