(B) The relative luciferase activity in 293T cells was determined after the plasmid with the GAS1 3’-UTR wild-type or mutant was co-transfected with miR-34a mimics or the negative control. Three independent experiments were performed in duplicate. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05 compared with the cells transfected with the miR-negative control plus GAS1 3’-UTR.
