P-values report statistical significance assessed using a paired t-test between initial and follow-up assessment for the children and teen cohorts. SWS = slow wave sleep; WASO = wake after sleep onset; Sleep Latency = first 1.5 consecutive minutes of stage 1 or first stage 2 sleep; REM Sleep Latency = sleep onset to first occurrence of REM sleep; Sleep Efficiency = total sleep time divided by time in bed.
