Liver biopsy findings. Abbreviations: ALT, alanine aminotransferase (n < 40 U/L); AP, alkaline phospaatase; ULN, upper limit of normality; total bilirubin (n < 1.2 mg/dL). The ALT and AP values are these at presentation where as bilirubin values are the hightest recorded.
