Verret et al., 2011 [37] RCT, Uganda 292 This study is a subanalysis of the main study of Arinaitwe et al., 2009, which was also excluded from the review with reasons as the above.

Katrak et al., 2009 [38] RCT, Uganda 246 There was no data on treatment failure; only adverse events were presented. The main aim of the study was to investigate safety of study drugs among HIV-infected and HIV-uninfected children, which is not relevant for this review.
