A. Ehrlich tumor bearing mice were treated with: PBS (IP, closed squares, twice weekly); 20 mg/kg NuBCP-9 (IP, closed triangles, twice weekly) or 20 mg/kg NuBCP-9 PLA72K-PEG4K NPs (IP, closed circles, twice weekly) for a 21 day cycle. Tumor measurements were performed on the indicated days. The results are expressed as tumor volumes (mean±SD). B.
