Effects of different doses of CAY10566 on derived fatty acid indices of infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissue. Explants were cultured for 48 hours. Lipid extracts were prepared and analyzed by gas liquid chromatography for a comprehensive fatty acid profile. (A) Elongase activity index (18:0/16:0).
