Variable importance in the projection (VIP) was obtained from OPLS-DA with a threshold of 1.0.
p value was calculated from Student’s t test.
Fold change with a value larger than 1 indicates a relatively higher concentration in tumors from non-obese (low fat diet-fed) KpB mice, while a value less than 1 means a relatively lower concentration as compared to tumors from obese (high fat diet-fed) KpB mice.
The metabolites were identified by in-house library (Std), NIST library (NIST) or HMBD database (HMDB).
