Comparison of the number of cases of KRAS mutated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma and KRAS mutated primary mucinous lung adenocarcinoma in ever smokers and nonsmokers. KRAS mutations were more common in ever smokers with mucinous lung adenocarcinomas and in nonsmokers with pancreatic adenocarcinoma (P=0.017).
