Yeast cells co-transformed with bait and prey were selected and subsequently grown on media lacking Leu and Trp (A), or on selective media lacking His, Leu, and Trp (B). The concentration of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole was 2 mM. Empty vector for the prey plasmids was used as a negative control.
