The colony-forming ability of RPMI8226 and U266 cells seeded in culture medium containing 10% FCS and varied concentrations of (A, B) thalidomide and (E, F) pomalidomide plus 0.3% agar (size, >0.1 mm) were counted 14 d after treatment. Exogenous bFGF restores their colony-forming ability, and (C, D, G and H) are the quantification results.
