Sorted naïve CD4+ (CD4+CD25CD44l°wCD62Lhi) and CD8+ T cells (CD8+CD44l°wCD62Lhi) were stimulated with anti-CD3 (1 ug/ml) and anti-CD28 (5 ug/ml) Abs for the indicated times. CD25 and CD69 expression was assessed by flow cytometric analysis. CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells are shown in (A) and (B), respectively. Data represent one of three individual experiments.
