Morphometry.

Morphological measures used for comparison of reconstruction methods (Figures 2, 3) in pyramidal and basket cells. Measures were generated using either in-house software (see Methods) or L-measure (listed as function names from the software to reduce ambiguity). Comparisons with significance levels p < 0.05 and p < 0.01 are highlighted in green and yellow respectively. (–) indicates unit less measures such as counts and ratios.
