Mouse cortical neurons prepared from wild-type (+/+) or Cdk5 knockout (−/−) mouse brains were immunoblotted with antibodies to Cdk5 C8, anti-phospho-Tyr-15 of Cdk5 (sc) and (ab), and actin.
