Inhibitory effect of sinefungin (35 μg mL⁻¹) on Streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro biofilms grown at different time intervals (6, 12, 18, and 24 h). Pneumococcal biofilms were grown with 35 μg mL⁻¹ sinefungin at different time points and the biofilm biomasses were quantified by crystal-violet microplate assay.
