Comparison of Blk Expression Levels in B cells from Blk+/+, Blk+/− and Blk−/− mice. Western blot analysis of B cell lysates from Blk+/+, Blk+/− and Blk−/− mice (50 µg of protein/lane). Blots were probed with two different anti-Blk antibodies. Densitometric analysis of the bands shows a ~45% decrease in Blk levels in Blk+/− B cells compared to Blk+/+ B cells.
