Noisy image, its histogram, the enhanced image, and its histograms, when SNR levels are (A) 104.74 dB, (B) 10.76 dB, and (C) 4.74 dB, respectively. Proposed method recovers nuclei structures using the optimized initial parameters, i.e., , , and (pixel unit). A 3D image having 32 nuclei is considered for analysis.
