Responders were neurons in which OT produced a significant increase in sEPSC frequency (P < .05; KS test: 8 of 17 neurons), and nonresponders were neurons in which OT had no significant increase in the sEPSC frequency (P > .05, KS test: 9 of 17 neurons).
