(B) Band intensity from RT‐PCR results were quantified using Image J after color inversion of the image. Blots separated by white space were run on the same gel as neighboring blots. Results were normalized to GAPDH and demonstrated for both nonischemic and ischemic limbs (*P <0.001, ANOVA; N =4/group; **P <0.05, ANOVA; N =4/group).
