Blue demonstrates the overlap of activations with an false discovery rate (FDR) threshold of 3, with a cluster level of 47 (representing a corrected FDR level). In green are activations at a familywise error of 0.05, with a cluster of 0. Note how sensitivity and specificity differ between these methods.
