Human primary neurons were untreated (A) or treated with nocodazole (5 μg/ml) (B) or nocodazole plus IIIB gp120 (5 nM) for 6h. Nocodazole was added 15min before IIIB gp120 was added. Neurons were fixed, and stained for MBL (green), MAP2 (red), gp120 (magenta) and DAPI (blue).
