F1 strain data were not collected for cone photoreceptors (as indicated in Table S1), and so the F1 strains are excluded in B). C: The correlation matrix for cell number across the twelve cell types reveals only a single strong correlation, between cholinergic amacrine cells in the INL and in the GCL. Those with significant Pearson correlation coefficients (p < 0.05) are emboldened.
