Adenomas from ApcMin/+;RonTK−/− mice are histologically similar to those from ApcMin/+;RonTK+/+ mice. Tissues from three-month old ApcMin/+;RonTK+/+ and ApcMin/+;RonTK−/− mice were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and examined histologically.
