Figure 1. In a western blot analysis, 11 Rhabdoid cell lines were probed for BRM, BAF47 and BAF155 expression where H460 was used as the positive control.
These Rhabdoid cell lines have been observed to be BAF47-negative. Ten of 11 other Rhabdoid cell lines were BRM- negative, and TTC-642 was the only Rhabdoid cell line found to be BRM-positive. As BAF155 is sensitive to degradation, the presence of BAF155 expression in all cell lines including the positive control, H460, demonstrates that degradation in these samples is not likely to have occurred. GAPDH was used as the loading control.
