Cells from mid-log phase cultures of rpb4Δ::RPB4myc grown at 30°C or shifted to 37°C for up to 5 hours were fixed, and Rpb4myc was detected by indirect immunoflourescence with anti-myc antibody followed by Alexaflour 488-conjugated anti-IgG mouse antibody (Green). Nuclear staining with DAPI is shown in blue.
