Growth speed of symbiotic amoebae (R18WT and S13WT) and established aposymbiotic amoebae (R18DOX and S13RFP).
The amoebae were seeded into 24-well culture plates at a density of 1–5×104 cells well−1 and cultured in PYG medium at different temperatures (15, 30, or 37°C) for up to 7 days.
