Male ICR mice were administered a low dose of nicotine (0.1 mg/kg, s.c.) 15 min after pretreatment with vehicle or methoxsalen (15, 30 and 45 mg/kg, i.p.) (B) Plasma concentrations of nicotine and cotinine in mice undergoing nicotine in combination with methoxsalen in the CPP test as described above.
